The legacy `new Buffer(...)` constructor is deprecated because it could accidentally expose uninitialized memory. Replace it with `Buffer.from(...)`, `Buffer.alloc(...)`, or `Buffer.allocUnsafe(...)` depending on whether you're wrapping existing data or allocating new memory.
